    Dear ________________:

We at the Business Administration Division of the College of Micronesia–FSM are in the process of reactivating the Business Advisory Council (BAC). This move is in line with the college's goal to build a partnering and services network for community, workforce, and economic development.

In this regard, we would like to invite you, or your duly designated company representative, to join and become a member of this council.

Through your membership and active participation in the BAC, you can share with the college your valuable insights, from an outsider's perspective. We could use your inputs in our continuing efforts to re- examine and update our academic programs for Business, Accounting and Information Technology in order to ensure that they stay attuned to the current needs of the community. Also with your cooperation and assistance, we hope to explore and tap available avenues to improve employability of our students and graduates.

The BAC's initial meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 23, 2012 at 9:30 A.M. at the Wall Mart Steak House & Bar, Kolonia, Pohnpei.

We look forward to your joining us in this important gathering of stakeholders from the business sector.

    Very truly yours,

    Joseph Felix, Jr.
    Chair, Business Administration Division
