Grading Roster

    Lists registered students in each section with available midterm or final grades.

    Summary

    These rosters are designed to be submitted by instructors with midterm or final grade assignments.

    Report lists each section and all registered students with ID, name, registration status, credits, and available midterm or final grades.

    Each page has signature lines for each instructor, and a coordinator or assistant.

    Parameters

    Term (required) - Registration term

    Campus (required) - Section campus

    Notes

    Students are listed regardless of their registration status. The count of enrolled students displayed at the end of each section includes only those that are considered enrolled (not dropped, etc).

    Sections are ordered by subject, course number, and section number.

    Instructors for each section are ordered by load and name.

    Available grades may be limited by registration status or grading mode.
