"IMPROVING THE PROCESS"

We have now completed the program review and course outlines process (although the latter is still on going). It was by no means perfect and it is by no means over. You could probably honestly say it was good, bad, rough and smooth. However, the CAC now has a great opportunity. We can now review the process and IMPROVE IT.  We need to learn from our mistakes, identify our strengths and ultimately produce a process for both program review and course outlines that is productive, efficient, useful and serves COM its students, staff and faculty in the best possible way. Please take this time to share your ideas and comments. Be as open and honest as you like, but please remember - what we need are solutions. Lets fix this for the future and improve the process.
