TEXTBOOK ADOPTION POLICY

I have comments on section 5.0 on the duration of textbook use. I would propose that we insert 3 years for the duration of textbook use to reflect the program review cycle. It will also allow our book store time to ensure that their stock is depleted before they place a new order. It is also economical for students who can also utilize the "buy back" strategy employed by the bookstore.
On the quality of learning, whether our students will be far behind their peers if we don't use the most recent edition, I would leave that to other members to make their comments on it.
My other comment is on the same section, on the second sentence. The review team must include the division chair or the IC and the faculty who teaches the course. I am ok to also include faculty members of the division.
