Student accounts with term charges but no recorded payment

Summary Shows accounts for students who potentially have registered for classes but lack any recorded payment.

Term (required) - Term of registration

Campus (required) - Student campus

Minimum payment (optional, default 50.00) - Minimum payment required to not be considered in non-payment status

Notes

This report lists all students who have a student record for the specified term, regardless of whether registration or account records exist. This is necessary to avoid overlooking students who have registered and withdrawn completely, or who have somehow bypassed the fee assessment process.

Output includes student ID, Name, enrolled credit hours, sum of payments received (non-FA credits), and term account balance.
