Chaning Access levels on wiki pages

Every page is created with "Public" as the access restriction. Unfortunately we cannot change it so it creates with a more restrictive access setting everytime. What each user will need to do is change that setting.

After selecting the "Restric Access" menu, Select the restriction you want for your page.
