Report of students receiving D, F, or I midterm grades, or who have withdrawn.

Summary

This report includes three distinct sections:

  1. Summary of all students, listing each student and the classes in which they have received a D, F, I midterm grade, or have withdrawn from (head count included at bottom of summary)
  2. Students by advisor
  3. Tabulation of dificient grades by section, showing total enrollment and a count of each deficient grade assigned
