Campus (optional) - Student campus

Cohort (optional) - Cohort group 

Notes

One record per recorded course is produced, unique by identity, term, subject, and courseNum.

Data in the campus column in this data extract is the campus the course was offered at, not the student's campus.

The first row in the CSV file contains column names. Values are enclosed in double quotes and are comma-separated.
