Gen Ed Assessment Reports & Plans:

Table 1 shows the PSLOs that will be assess for Fall 2014 and Fall 2015 for Gen Ed. The Spring semester will be use to analyze data and develop improvements plans where necessary. All assessment results will be reports in Google Docs and The ACAALO will summarize and input into TracDat. Google Doc links will be sent out during week 10-11 of the fall semester. Refer to the 2014-2015 assessment plan for the assessment strategy that will be use to assess the Gen Ed PSLO.

General Education Assessment Reporting for AY14-15

Course Level

All Gen Ed courses will report assessment results on general CSLOs. The results will be posted on google doc and the assessment coordinator will input results into TracDat and send out reports to all instructors for feedback and comments at the end of the semester.

Program Level

All Gen Ed instructors will report assessment results on program SLO for the Gen Ed Program. The results will be posted on google doc and the assessment coordinator will input results into TracDat and send out reports to all instructors for each course.

In addition to reporting the assessment results, each instructor will submit a copy of the assessment tool that assessed the Gen Ed PSLO. Instructor will also submit a random sample of student learning for each Gen Ed PLO (IR will assist in this process).

All copies of assessment tools and students samples will be uploaded into TracDat.
