Faculty

The information maintained on current faculty is limited, but does control who can be assigned as instructors in the class schedule, or assigned as advisors to students.

Faculty are identified on the Instructor or Instructor List forms. Each person to be designated as a faculty member must have an ID, which can be created using the Name and ID form (in the Student menu).

Reports summarizing each faculty members load (based on sections they are assigned to in the schedule) and assigned advisees are available as Instructor Load and Advisee List respectively
