Students

Establishing someone as a student requires specific information to be provided and maintained. The forms in the Student menu are used to create and manage this information.

Each must have:

• Name and ID number
• Basic biographical information
• Academic information
  

Name, ID, and biographical information is created when each student applies for admission and updated when necessary (a student's address changes, etc.).

Acadmic information is defined once for each term a student is enrolled, and must be defined prior to registration each term. Information on a student's academic progress is maintained in these records as well.
