| OldBusinessDue to problems with Elluminate and low attendance,the attending members will go over the wiki comments for the Terms of Reference,which members had some weeks to review it and comment upon it. First, SectionsA-B were reviewed and edited. Next, Sections C D were reviewed and edited (The responsibilities will be shared by the organization rather than officers or individual members.) Then, Section E was reviewed and edited.(Meetings are monthly rather than quarterly.)Then, Section G was discussed and edited. Next, Section H was approved. TOR review was completed. Peter will send the link to the updated TOR. -
