This section provides higher-level information on using the student database, from an overview of how the database works to discussions on how to perform some common tasks.
- The Introduction describes relationships between the various types of information managed by the SIS, and how those areas are reflected in the SIS software
- Overview describes how various elements of the menus and forms used in the SIS operate. How forms use key values is introduced, and visual indication of new, update, deleted, or locked records is described.
- Information on how to set up users and their access to the SIS can be found in Administration; this section also describes how security is implemented and managed for users, forms, and reports
