    All defined level codes should have one or more rules that defines class codes for for that level. Failure to provide a rule will result in no display of class on the Student form (and others).

    Note that a student's level is determined from the degree they are seeking; level is not part of a student's record.
    Operation Class is computed based on completed hours, part of the GPA calculation based on final grades. The rule with the highest "Min CR" where a student's completed hours meets or exceeds "Min CR" will determine a student's class.
