I have proposed wording for new TORs; how do I post them here?

If the state campus accountant is supposed to be the secretary according to the TOR, then why isn't she doing it? A rewording of that needs to done. Does it have to be a member of the one of the state campuses?

TOR - revisions
#1 - I suggest we delete the whole thing about Representation by Proxy as we are now communicating by teleconference & email successfully.
#2 - In G-Communications - 2nd paragraph says
"The Business Office then distributes the official minutes to all committee members and to the President"
WHY? Do we have a member from BO?

Since I will be away from Pohnpei from 18 May to 17 July, I am submitting my resignation as co-chair of the Finance Committee. The committee plans to continue meeting in May and June. With both the chair and co-chair gone, it is important that another member of the committee step forward to assume a leadership role, as Stacy cannot both chair a meeting and be the secretary.
